Virtual comissioning

After simulation and OLP stages are done an additional production line check is sometimes required. It is called Virtual commissioning. This process involves connection between PLC and Robotic cells (including controlled equipment) in virtual environment. It allows to test PLC and Robot software in life-like environment those even further reducing software integration time on real production line.

Result of VIBN – PLC and robot programs tested on signal level, means that if best situation you will need to upload programs to real equipment on-site and make just a few adjustments instead of spending unlimited hours and days on creating and checking functionality of programs.

Virtual commissioning is:
